Do all your employees have individual development plans?

Individual Development Plans (IDP) are recommended for all employees.  It is a tool to assist employees in career and personal development.  It's primary purpose is to help employees reach short and long term career goals, as well as improve current job performance.  

Individuals who are being coached, working on a team, being developed for leadership or groomed for a higher skilled job should have an IDP.   When IDPs are collected from all employees, group training efficiencies can be scheduled.
